该装(zhuang)备(bei)知足《电(dian)(dian)梯型式(shi)实(shi)验(yan)细则(ze)》的(de)(de)《附件Q 门(men)锁(suo)型式(shi)实(shi)验(yan)细则(ze)(2012稿)》及(ji)GB7588-2003《电(dian)(dian)梯制作与装(zhuang)配宁静标准》附录(lu)F1/EN81-1《Satety rules for the construction and installation of electric lifts》附录(lu)1中门(men)锁(suo)实(shi)验(yan)的(de)(de)请求,用于电(dian)(dian)梯门(men)锁(suo)的(de)(de)静态拉(la)力实(shi)验(yan)。

仪器的功效与用处

装备接(jie)纳(na)伺(si)服机电(dian)(dian)驱(qu)动(dong),样品牢固在摹(mo)拟层门上(shang),伺(si)服机电(dian)(dian)驱(qu)动(dong)丝杆对摹(mo)拟层门施加(jia)(jia)横向(xiang)拉力(li),传感(gan)器检测拉力(li)数值并经(jing)由过(guo)程节制器传输给电(dian)(dian)脑,电(dian)(dian)脑按照设(she)定的(de)时候慢慢将(jiang)拉力(li)施加(jia)(jia)至设(she)定值。装备经(jing)由过(guo)程电(dian)(dian)脑能够设(she)定加(jia)(jia)力(li)速率(lv)、最大(da)拉力(li)值等参(can)数装备可停止机器经(jing)久实验、电(dian)(dian)气经(jing)久实验、对交(jiao)换(huan)电(dian)(dian)路接(jie)通和分断才(cai)能实验、对直流电(dian)(dian)路接(jie)通和分断才(cai)能实验

仪器的特色

1、三(san)维可(ke)调(diao)任(ren)务台:调(diao)理(li)(li)夹具地(di)位(wei)便(bian)利,不(bu)用拆开夹    具便(bian)可(ke)便(bian)利停止(zhi)地(di)位(wei)切(qie)(qie)确调(diao)理(li)(li)。                                                                                   2、接纳(na)伺(si)服机(ji)电(dian)驱(qu)动(dong):切(qie)(qie)确节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制任(ren)务台肇端地(di)位(wei)、挪动(dong)间(jian)(jian)隔(ge)(ge),伺(si)服机(ji)电(dian)有一组(zu)监测体(ti)系以后(hou)地(di)位(wei)的编(bian)码器,该挪动(dong)装配为(wei)一个闭环(huan)体(ti)系,将(jiang)任(ren)务台地(di)位(wei)节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制在(zai)设(she)(she)定(ding)地(di)位(wei)上。只要在(zai)电(dian)脑(nao)上设(she)(she)定(ding)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)挪动(dong)间(jian)(jian)隔(ge)(ge)、挪动(dong)速率(lv)参数(shu)便(bian)可(ke)。伺(si)服机(ji)电(dian)的节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制接纳(na)数(shu)控节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制,挪动(dong)间(jian)(jian)隔(ge)(ge)、速率(lv)等(deng)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)参数(shu)节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制切(qie)(qie)确靠得住。                                                                                                       3、直流负(fu)载接纳(na)电(dian)子(zi)负(fu)载:可(ke)停止(zhi)电(dian)压电(dian)流调(diao)理(li)(li),节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制精度高。                                                                                                           4、节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制体(ti)系接纳(na)PC+PLC布局(ju):PC实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)现实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)参数(shu)设(she)(she)定(ding)(挪动(dong)间(jian)(jian)隔(ge)(ge)、速率(lv)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)次数(shu)等(deng))、保管(guan)(guan)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)数(shu)据(ju)及天生实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)报告等(deng)功效。PLC可(ke)保管(guan)(guan)以后(hou)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)参数(shu),具备非一般(ban)停机(ji)数(shu)据(ju)保管(guan)(guan)功效,避免实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)数(shu)据(ju)丧失(shi)。PLC自力节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制装备运转,PC设(she)(she)定(ding)参数(shu)并传递给PLC后(hou),PC可(ke)0加入(ru)运转,由PLC自力实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)现经久性实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)。

仪器的布局及道理

装(zhuang)(zhuang)备布局(ju):由层门架、门扇、门锁装(zhuang)(zhuang)配夹具板、拉力驱动(dong)体系(伺服机(ji)电(dian)(dian)+丝杆)、拉力传感器和电(dian)(dian)脑(nao)节制(zhi)体系等构(gou)成测试体系带RS232接(jie)口,能显现力-位移、力-时(shi)候(hou)、位移-时(shi)候(hou)实验曲(qu)线。                                              装(zhuang)(zhuang)备支流PC机(ji)及打(da)印机(ji),可主(zhu)动(dong)打(da)印力-位移、力-时(shi)候(hou)、位移-时(shi)候(hou)实验曲(qu)线。形状尺寸(长×宽(kuan)×高)1900×700×2200(mm)。
